Find Three Good Qualities In Yourself (exercise 5)

Stand in front of a mirror, starring into your eyes.
Say out loud three good qualities about yourself that you really mean

Example:
“I have beautiful eyes”
“I am a kind person”
“I am a talented singer”

Do this exercise as often as possible, several times a day if possible.
You can start by using the same three sentences, but try to find new things you find beautiful about yourself, so it doesn’t become a memorized rhyme.


Note: if you don’t feel you mean it while saying it, try saying the same three sentences again where you concentrare on meaning it. If you still don’t feel you mean it, then don’t give up, keep doing this exercise as often as possible and with time you’ll start meaning it.


Work with this exercise every day for 1-3 weeks, then move on to the next exercise.
When you begin working with a new exercise, don't forget to also once in a while use the other exercises you've already worked with.
