Observe The Beautiful Things (exercise 4)

You will need a pad of paper, a pen and a timer.

Choose your location: in a forest, on a street, at the beach, or somewhere else where you feel comfortable about doing this.

Write down all the beautiful things you observe.

Do this exercise for any amount of time you wish:
Five minutes, ten Minutes, half an hour, one hour…

If you are a group, make it a competition of who can find most beautiful things at the location. Write down in details, so you afterwards can show the things you have found to each other.

A beautiful sunset
A beautiful tree
A beautiful flower (or several beautiful flowers)
A beautiful view
A beautiful window at a house
A beautiful stone
A beautiful car

Train yourself to find more and more beautiful things at different locations.
You can also go back to locations where you have already worked with this exercise, to see if you can find even more beauty there.

Have fun!

Work with this exercise every day for 1-3 weeks, then move on to the next exercise.
When you begin working with a new exercise, don't forget to also once in a while use the other exercises you've already worked with.
